We can provide excellent candidates from across Canada, and internationally to live-in or live out. Nannies are screened and interviewed by our counselors. You are able to specify your needs and requirements, and we will refer nanny candidates to you. Then you will have the opportunity to interview and choose your own nanny.

Filipino and other international nannies and housekeepers are available!

Scotia Personnel has candidates available from around the world::

• there are no fees to our agency, should you wish to have for example

a Filipino or international candidate referred to you;

• these candidates are seeking live-in positions;

 

• among other qualifications, all candidates have completed 

          a live-in caregiver course or have practical experience; and

• the references and complete file of a candidate will be supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions When Hiring a Nanny:

It takes about six to eight weeks, from the date we receive your contract, to the hiring of a Canadian nanny; to hire an international nanny, it can take longer.  More lead time makes it easier to meet your needs.

2. I have a child with special needs, can I have a nanny with experience in that area?

Yes; be sure to describe your child's needs and the qualifications and experience you require for your nanny.
