Program Details

  • Receive € 300 pocket money per month for 30 hours per week
  • Free board and lodging
  • Be available for maximum of 30 hours a week, with 2 days off per week and once a month, a full weekend
  • 12 Month Placements
  • Language class paid for by the host family (not applicable for summer au pairs)
  • Holland office will provide the arriving au pair with a Welcome package

Program Requirements

We’re excited to hear from you! To get started, please ensure you meet these basic qualifications.

  • Be between 18 and 25 years old (due to government visa regulations
  • Have earned a High School diploma or certificate
  • Speak English
  • Have experience and references working with children
  • Have a clean criminal background
  • Must agree to a one year commitment
  • Cannot have participated in an Au Pair program to the Netherlands before

How To Appy

Along with your completed Application form, you should provide:

  • Resume/CV
  • Minimum of two(2) Childcare and two(2) Character References (No references from family please)
  • A friendly ‘Dear Family’ letter, giving details about yourself, your family, childcare experiences, hobbies, etc.
  • Copies of your diploma (high school, college etc.) and any other training or recognition certificates
  • Police check (from your local police station)
  • Photos (we suggest photos of yourself with children and family, doing activitiies/hobbies, etc.).
